setting up a new company in hosted
Help, I'm trying to set up a new company in Reckon accounts hosted.
I've started the setup interview, and have come to a stand still at saving the interview, it doesn't let you go any further until it is saved.
The problem is... I select save once I've chosen the file destination.... from here nothing happens! No response!
I've tried logging in again.... still the same

Yes for some reason the file name doesn't populate all the time???
Similar for backups too....
But yes you can name it with just removing the asterisk.

File > Open or Restore Company > Open a Company File > navigate to Q drive and can you see the file you created there? Could it be in a folder in Q drive?
