Downloading Company Files

I would like to download a copy of my Company file (on Online Hosted) to use without connecting to the internet.  Then once finished upload the file back on to Online Hosted.  

I've seen the video to download and upload, however I have no idea what files I need to download so I can us it on my MAC.  Is there any specific software I will need to install to use it on my MAC?

I did have some instructions for this earlier this year, which I have never gotten to review and since lost.  Now that I have limited internet for what I hope is only another month, I need to work on the files locally to my MAC and then upload to save internet usage.  Is anyone able to help me with this?  Thanks in Advanced for any help.

here is a link to a previous post, about applying for a lic. for your PC - but I have not found anything on Mac. You will need to contact tech support for the program lic. ask for a link to to instructions on MAC.

Hi Gail.  I am a mac user also and as far as I know, there is no reckon account software available for Macs.  Hosted will work for Macs as it runs through the browser.  

To run the file on your desktop, you need to have the same version of reckon enterprise desktop software on your computer.   Which unfortunately if you can see from the link below - doesn't exist for Macs.
