'Unable to open your email message store'

Hi,  I am currently using Reckon Accounts Premier 2015.  I cant seem to email out payslips today, this has never happened before.  I get the message above.

    Have you sent emails from this PC before? 
    Is this PC new or recently reconfigured?

    What email programme are you using?
