Correct leave accruals

 I have been trying to set accruals and following many different opinions. Now completely confused I think I have made it worse as leave is not accruing at all and it seems now I've changed to accrue every hour by changing preferences to 1:12, it looks like YTD figures are incorrect with net pays changing in past pays! I noticed there is a box asking whether Reckon accounts should accrue leave. Should this be ticked?

    Hi Gaila,

    Regarding your leave not accruing at all, please check the following.

    Check your hourly or salary payroll item set up. In the last page, make sure Include in 'Every hour worked' leave accruals is ticked.

    In the employees' Leave details setting, make sure the Maximum number of hours is blank like shown below.

    Where is the option asking whether Reckon accounts should accrue leave?
