"Getting Started" keeps coming up

When I start Reckon Account Home & Business 2016 every time it asks if I am a new or existing user, why will it not just load my data file without me having to select it?

    I don't have the answer, but when I put quicken 2012 onto my new computer that is running windows 10 the same thing happens.  I loaded the software from the discs and then transferred the data file.  I am frustrated with it, but just grin and bear it.

    Hi Rav

    Thanks for that it appears it was the file name being too long. I moved the files to a new directory after backing up and then renamed the three files and it now works.
