customer pin not working when installing reckon in 2nd pc, why?

    Haydee.  I tried contacting you yesterday via Pablo to clarify your question.

    1.  what program are you running?  Pro, Plus, Premier, Enterprise ???, and what year?

    2.   By the way, you never use you PIN.  There is a long installation code  (IKC) that relates to your specific product(s) that and in turn you get a long authority code.  That IKC should be on your distribution of the product you received.

    3.   Try not to confuse the above, with use of your customer ID (7 digits) and associated PIN that is only used for logging into the Reckon Website for other services, and doing commercial transactions/support matters with Reckon. (not their product)

    **SOLVED** After phone followup, found that PSG had provided an improved set of 'codes' permitting installation.  All OK.    17/2/2016.   Gary
