Issue with Reckon 2016 Update

I have installed reckon accounts business and home 2016 update and it has messed up the financial overview screen. has inflated numbers into the millions. it appears to only be on this screen. have uninstalled and reloaded and still the same

    Hi Dean,

    Very strange.

    Does this behaviour occur on the Sample file (Sample2.qdf)?

    Are your display and graphics drivers up to date?

    Does the behaviour persist after you have powered down your PC and restarted?

    We would like to have:
    A screenshot of the inflated Financial Overview screen with the Accounts pane on the left showing the Property & Debt listing
    A copy of Reports > Net Worth & Balances > Account Balances
    A screenshot of another screen where numbers are not inflated
    Your operating system
    If a graphics card used, its brand.
    Brand of Security systems used - firewall, antivirus, and other security systems.
