Trial Balance report

I am trying to give my client a Trial Balance report for the last quarter but when I run it for last quarter only it keeps giving me totals for the past 2 quarters (even though it states for last quarter only). This is giving me inaccurate data to pass to him. How do I rectify this? Am I using the wrong report?

    Hi Monique,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community

    The Report is working correctly.

    The Trial Balance Report will give you the balances of your accounts as at the last day of the period you specified.

    When you drill down to the transactions for a category, you'll see only the transactions for the period you specified.  

    Hope this clarifies the situation.
