Cancel printing process

I am using Accounts Hosted 2015 R2 and I want to cancel the printing process as it has taken so long. ESC button does not work. I logged out and logged in again and still on the same screen.image

    Hi Andy,

    Were you able to cancel the print job by right clicking the printer icon in your taskbar?
