payroll premier 15/16

Hi. I am using payroll 15/16 and have accidentally deleted an employees first three pays for the year. I went into her history and deleted them. How do I get them back please?

    Hi Teresa,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

    When you process a pay run, Payroll Premier will automatically create a backup and post it to the directory: C:\QPRollV24\Backup, with the name filename - dd mmm yyyy hhmm.00n (n = the number 1-9).  It will store backups for the last 9 pay runs.  

    You can restore a backup with the Payroll Premier Recovery Wizard:
    1. Create a fresh backup of your company file;
    2. On your Desktop; Start > All Programs > Payroll Premier 2015-16 > Payroll premier Recovery;
    3. Follow the Wizard and select the option I wish to recover back to a previous pay;
    4. Select which pay run to restore;
    5. complete the wizard.
    You'll return to the point at the completion of your last pay run.  If you made any changes to the file since the pay run you will need to re-enter them.
