In Multi Users but 2 users can not login

One use logged in but the other received a blank screen when try to log in

    Hi there Kaitlyn,

    Just checking off the basics here first, is the issue persisting after logging off the session and retrying?

    Check and make sure that you have 2 licenses.  Multi user may be there but you cannot use the same file by 2 different ppl unless they both have a license.  Have you both logged on before?
