    Hi Cheryll,

    There is a few things to check in the employee's detail.
    Make sure in the Leave tab, you have Long Service.
    Make sure the name is correct. Ie. not 'Long Service Leave'. It has to be exact 'Long Service'.
    Try different payslip template. 1 per page, 2 per page, 3 per page to see if the Long service is showing there.
