I am unable to modify modules for my clients.  I can change their settings, just not modules.

    Hi Phil,

Do your clients have their own Reckon One accounts & have they granted you shared access to their books?

    Example:

Person A has their own Reckon One account, "Account A" & has 1 book, "Book A"
Person B has their own Reckon one account, "Account B" & has 1 book, "Book B"

    1. Person A shares Book A with Person B
    2. Person B logs into their Reckon One account, Account B. When viewing the book selection screen, Person B can see their own book, Book B & also the shared book, Book A.
    3. Person B can modify the modules for their own book, Book B but is not able to modify the modules for Book A.

In this example Person B is not a user on Person A's Reckon One account, Account A. If Person A had multiple users setup for their Reckon One account, Account A then these users could modify the modules for Book A. Person B only has shared access to Person A's book, Book A which doesn't provide them with access to edit the modules for this book.

These are clients' books that I have created for them.  I am an administrator.

Yesterday, I was able to view the module setting on one client that needed renewing (timely).  Don't know why I could not view module setting otherwise.

    One of life's mysteries.

    Cheers

    Hi Phil,

If you have a partner account setup for Reckon One, when you are logged into your account & viewing the book selection screen. You should have an additional filter called 'Commission based' which is not available in non-partner Reckon One accounts. Select this filter & then see if you can edit the modules for your client book(s).
