Reckon Accounts Premier 2015 Error Code: 1365816751

Hello, 

I am running Reckon Accounts Premier 2015 and keep receiving Error Code: 1365816751 when editing in the 'Items and services' screen (Inventory). 

Sometimes it comes up straight away, sometimes I can edit some inventory items and then it will crash. Doesn't seem to have a favourite type of product, part type, manufacturer.

At this point I don't appear to be losing any data.

I verify and back up my system everyday and in special cases more than once a day.  

This appears to be only function affected. 

I have up to date virus and malware protection and am having no other concerns with my PC.

    Sometimes this happens when youve customised the columns in the items screen. Try resetting them back to the default and see if that fixes it. Then you can redo your customisation.

    Hello Stella,

    I don't have customised columns. 

    Normally I don't need to deal so heavily with this screen but I am going through and updating descriptions and information on existing items so that I can do a stock take and adjust stock levels. Simply because the information stored is a mess courtesy of those before me. 

    The error sometimes occurs for the same item repeatedly and sometimes not.
