cannot read message as reckon one logs on

As I logon to Reckon One, a message appears just before the page with the books list opens up. How can I slow down the logon feature enough to read this message?

    Hi Rav

    I found the answer (I think)
    Included in the log on url, there was reference to the trial download that I had some time ago. Deleting this extra reference has sorted out the problem
