Don’t forget to refresh your browser cache

As with many website updates and releases, it is important to remember to clear your browser cache to make sure you are using the latest version of our website.

Your browser stores certain items for future use. Things like graphic images (such as buttons and icons), photo's, and even entire web pages are examples of items saved or cached.

Sometimes with the updates we do on our website, you may need to bypass or clear your browser's cache. Just clicking the refresh button (or hitting F5) isn’t always enough, and you may need to refresh your cache first!

Check out our blog post containing some useful steps in helping you clear out your cache.

New Reckon Docs Login/Register

A new refreshed login/register page has been introduced to provide you with an easier way to access all our products and services.

Make sure to check out the noticeboard link as we will continue to update details of our enhancements through here.

New Dashboard

A new refreshed looking dashboard makes it easier and quicker for you to access all your details.

If you are new to Reckon Docs you may not have access to certain order options, such as searches, but don’t worry, you can contact us at any time, and we can activate these for you.

Why not send us some feedback on how were doing by following the ‘Help make Docs better’ link at the top of the page.

New look Accounts Settings Page

Next time you access your account in Reckon Docs Online (RDO), you will see a freshly updated Accounts setting page.

We’ve cleaned up the page so that it is easier to fill in and add new users to your account.

Our goal is to make the experience of updating your details easier.

ASIC Name look-up

An improved version of the Name availability look up has been added. This means that you will now be able to check to see if a company name is available for registration.

Please note that the new service only checks for identical names. This means that ASIC, may at its discretion, refuse a company name due to it be similar to that of an already registered name.

Further enhancements and fixes

We continue to make your experience in Reckon Docs the best possible. The Reckon Docs team will continue to provide enhancements and fixes.

Don't forget you can always contact us on Web-Chat, email, or over the phone. You can even send us your feedback by selecting the, "Help make Docs better", link in the portal.
