Archiving old data in Reckon Hosted

Is it possible to:
1. Archive old data in Reckon Hosted so that I am only dealing with a few years' data?
2. Once done, is there a way I can still have access to the old data?

    Hi Phil,

    Click File menu
    Then Utilities
    Then Clean up Company Data

    A new smaller file should get created.
    The old file will still be available.

    Click the Help button in the Clean Up Company Data screen for more info on that function.
