I changed my password and now it says that I am entering an incorrect password?

I am a new hosted client. I logged in and changed my password but now it says I am entering the wrong password.

    Unfortunately Peter, if you cannot work out what that password is, you are going to have to get Reckon to go through the process of finding it.  That is going to cost you potentially a few hundred dollars, depending on quickly you want it done.  I know from bitter experience this issue, after I got lazy one day and just copied the confirmation password step, instead of keying it in, not realising that the password was encrypted.  Consequently there was no way for me to guess what it might be.  That was a very dumb moment for me, never to be repeated :(   John L G
