Upgrading POS Pro, Admin and Accounts Premier from 2015 to 2016

Trying to do this compulsory upgrade of POS Pro on my 2 terminals and Admin and Accounts on my office pc from 2015 to 2016. Does anyone have a simple walkthrough I could use?
