🚨 STP SUBMISSION PROCESSING DELAYS 🚨


Currently there are delays with STP submissions being processed due to a ATO system issue. Submissions are currently queued and will be sent for processing once we've received confirmation the ATO have resolved their issue.

One of 3 organisation Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2013.will not open

I have upgraded from Quicken Personal Plus 2005 to Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2013. I have 3 organisations which were upgraded. One of the 3 will not open except if that organisation was the last organisation used when I closed the program. To date the only way around it is to select it from the "old files" and convert to the 2013 version. Can anyone suggest a solution

    Thank you for your help Diver Dave. They are 3 separate autonomous businesses and the one that has a problem opening does have 32 letters in the name. The other 2 have 15 and 9. If as you describe is the problem how do I change the name of an operating business business in Reckon?

    FILE OPERATIONS
    RENAME
    Select a new name first then point to the file that needs changing

    should be all good now to RE OPEN
