I can not Launch Accounts 2016, it keeps opening 2015 instead. I have tried opening in IE & in Chrome, same result. I am clicking the correct link but the wrong accounts opens.imageimage

    This is because you opened RA 2015 by mistake.

    Easiest way to resolve is to exit from Reckon Hosted including Server by Logging Out not just closing the browser

    Close All Browsers and to be safe reboot computer

    Then try again making sure you select the green RA 2016 button

    Let me know if this doesnt work as there is another work around

    Having the same issue and not mistakenly opening the RA 2015, so frustrating!!! I will reboot the computer and close all browsers (again). I wish we never changed to Reckon Hosted - big mistake, constant issues!!

    Have you closed Accounts Hosted by logging out in full as John has outlined in his post above?
