I haven't received any data from all my bank feeds since July 19,

I haven't received any data from any bank feeds on my Reckon One account (more than one financial institution) since July 19th, haven't changed any settings, can anyone advise?

Hi Brendon,
If you go to your Bank Accounts screen and click on the 'New Transactions' button on your bank account, what is the number of transactions left on your BankData plan? (shown on the top right)
If there is a number greater than zero shown, please ensure you click on the Bank Feed option which is directly below the Upload Source heading.

Thanks Rav, I hadn't considered maxing out the BankData Plan. You are correct that there were 0 transactions left. I have upgraded my plan and anticipate all should return to normal tomorrow. Thank you very much for your support.

Rav I upgraded my bank feed plan to the largest size yesterday, however this hasn't been reflected and still showing 0 transactions left, I have been debited for the difference in the plan, could you please advise when I should have these transaction downloads available?1

Hello Brendon & Rav, I am having the same problem with a client file. Maxed out transaction limit, so upgraded to medium bank data module. I was billed for the upgrade and the account shows the change was saved, however several days later it is still saying zero transactions remaining and I've had to manually import transactions.
What is the solution to this please?

I have also had the same problem twice now and the only solution seems to be to contact Reckon and they sort it. So either call them or leave them a message on their support site.0
