Welcome to our latest Release Notes for the Reckon Docs Website:

We have been working hard in making your experience of Reckon Docs as fresh and easy as possible. We will continue to update you on all the changes we make in Docs.

Password Self Serve

We have listened to you, and now provide you with the ability to reset your own account, to make it much easier to access your orders in Reckon Docs.

Don't worry if your account is locked. You can still contact us on our Web Chat feature, or call or email us directly.

New look emails

We have made some major improvements to our emails. They are now much easier to read, with only the relevant information on the emails.Plus we have added some great promos and easy access to our free software offer to all Docs purchasing customers.
They say, "less is more", so let us know if you are having any issues with seeing your details or accessing our emails. We hope you  like the new look as much as we do.

Further enhancements and fixes

We continue to make your experience in Reckon Docs the best possible. The Reckon Docs team will continue to provide enhancements and fixes.

Don't forget you can always contact us on Web-Chat, email, or over the phone. You can even send us your feedback by selecting the, "Help make Docs better", link in the website.

Finally, don’t forget to refresh your browser cache

As with many website updates and releases, it is important to remember to clear your browser cache to make sure you are using the latest version of our website.

Your browser stores certain items for future use. Things like graphic images (such as buttons and icons), photo's, and even entire web pages are examples of items saved or cached.

Sometimes with the updates we do on our website, you may need to bypass or clear your browser's cache. Just clicking the refresh button (or hitting F5) isn’t always enough, and you may need to refresh your cache first!

Check out our blog post containing some useful steps in helping you clear out your cache. https://community.reckon.com/reckon/topics/clearing-your-browser-cache
