Saving Month Report as an excel document

I'm trying to save my Monthly Report as an excel document. I click save - nothing happens. I can't find it anywhere...

Can anyone spread some light on what I might be doing wrong/what I should be doing?

    Which program are you using? 
    I export my report to excel and it gives you the settings to open the excel program.

    Ok, sorry, have not used payroll for a long time, but the options should be similar.
    Maybe you could print it but then click on ASCII file and then import it into excel.
