Hi Rav, Issue persisted even after re-booting the system however is back working this morning. Could this have been an issue related to the latest windows update?
Issue persisted even after closing active sessions and restarting the computer.. Did this several times, without any result...I was unable to access Reckon most of the day... Finally, it came good about 9pm

Can you please advise if the issue persists after closing any active sessions within the control panel and retrying after a logout?
