why cant i renew my account and it says expired yet i have nothing to say it was even up for renewal

why cant i renew my account and it says expired yet i have nothing to say it was even up for renewal? cant contact anyone on phone with reckon and cant log on to membrs area or sale area to renew it!!! i need to pay staff tonight what the heck!!! not happy

    Hi Annie.  It is normal for Reckon to email renewal notices in advance of the expiry date.  If you are now using an email address that that is different to the one that is registered for your account, that would account for the reason that you didn't receive your renewal.   John L G
