Creating new Books with Chart of Accounts and Tax coded

Still evaluating ReckonOne. I have set up my first book for one entity and would like to use same Chart of accounts and tax codes to set up another. Does this automatically use same CofA and TC as the first - or if not can I export import - or have to redo completely?
