Pay Unused annual leave for employees termination payment.

Can somebody please advise step by step how to pay unused leave for an employee’s termination of employment – employee has resigned from office. I will be paying their Normal scheduled salary in the middle of next month, so I will only need to pay the unused leave at the end of that month being April. I am working on Reckon Accounts Premier wholesale & Manufacturing 2016 with Payoll. Regards, Kathy
