Why is it so hard to get leave reports

I want to print a report for leave taken by an employee, I can't for the life of me find a report that does this.  Surely, it is a report used often, I can't find one anywhere.  Only been looking for two years :(

    Have you tried Reports / Employees/ Leave Accrual Summary. 

    This shows what leave they have owing as well as what has been taken to date.

    Alternatively Reports/ Employees/ Leave Liability Report
    Then click modify report and in Display Select Holiday Used to include that
