PAyroll Deduction to repay insurance excess

Employee had an accident in a company car. The employee has offered to pay the Insurance company excess cost. After we pay the excess to the insurance company, we want to take that out of her pay over a number of pay periods. 
How do I set that up in Rackon Accounts Hosted Payroll?
