My sales invoices are no longer recording a sales number?

Hi, my reckon accounts hosted is not recording sales numbers. It ceased last week after the bookkeeper (reckon authorised) created a new user. User has been deleted but sales number recording has not returned. Can someone please help?

    Have you tried entering the number manually? There is no reason why Reckon will not generate new invoice numbers. The new user wont affect this. Kevin t:0407744914

    There are instances where I have had journal numbers stop for no apparent reason.  As Kevin says, it should be a case of manually entering the next number and automatic entering of the number should once again get going after that.

    Hi Stuart,

    Along with the great suggestions above from Kevin & John, if this does not fix the issue, I would recommend rebuilding your data file. To do this go to File > Utilities > Rebuild Data.
