IAS in Reckon Hosted.....are there glitches currently?

I am trying to do my May IAS in Reckon Hosted. After config the figures are not loading, even though my settings are correct and my reports are correct.

    Hi Bedaring Group

    if you have entered any IAS or BAS bills or payments in the period you are trying to report on it will give you false figures.

    i.e if you have entered the payment to ATO for April IAS on 21May into the PAYG liability account it will take off the amount of the payment from may figures.  You have to change the date on the payment to 30/4/17. 

    This will be the case for all IAS & BAS, they must be entered in the same month/quarter they relate to .
