Reckon Easy Start 2016. Email Problems

I am trying to email invoices in reckon easy start 2016 , tells me there is no default email server even though I have set Outlook as the default email program, then when it finally lets me get into Outlook I keep getting the "switch to" message which then wont allow me to close down that page or Reckon program. The only way I can close Reckoin is by going to the Windows Task Manager & having it end the program. For the price it costs Reckon accounts are absolute rubbish & the support is next to nil.

    It costs peanuts. Do you have full access to the installation folder? Are you running it using the Administrator account? Have you even checked the knowledge base? Most of these errors should not occur but they are easily fixed.

    I have tried 3 times to ring , number is always busy.  I have tried running Reckon as administrator, still get the same results.
