Payslips Not emailing - Spooling

Hi
I am trying to email weekly payslips out, and have come across after i "Select payslips to email" and when "select forms to send' there is no forms to send in the spool. I can email Invoices/Remittances successfully. We use MS Office Exchange, and preferences are set up as "Outlook".  I have also rebuild and verified data file, but this still didn't fix my problem.
So I am hoping for some ideas on this please.

    Hi Karina,

    I think this KB might help you out - 
    Send Forms list is blank and there are no Payment Summaries to email.

    Unfortunately, you may need to do this a number of times in order to clear the corruption.
