I go through the logon until it tells me I am connected to Reckon hosted and all I get is a black sc

    Hi Nikita,

    Can you please head into the Hosted control panel and end any active sessions that are located there. Once that is done, logout, close your browser and retry logging in.

    Let me know how you get on

    Ok, that has fixed the black screen in this instance - thank you!

    Having said that... the black screen has been occurring quite a lot lately (last 2 weeks at least).  If I am away from the screen for 5 minutes it goes to black screen.  Have there been server changes that would cause this problem?

    This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Reckon Hosted Ongoing Black Screen Problem. Each time I am away from the active Reckon screen it lapses to Black Screen and I have to log off remote sessions and then log in again.  This has been happening for about 2 weeks now.  
    Have my files been moved to an unstable server?  Why does the system go to black screen when inactive for 5 minutes?  This is certainly stalling my progress.
