Version 21 - Payroll Premier 2012/13 help please

Hi. I am using Version 21 - Payroll Premier 2012/13 and I need to print off some payslips for an ex-employee. When I choose the date range, the payslips are coming out blank. Can anyone please tell me why?

    Hello Michelle,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

    Are you trying to print customised payslips?

    Try printing a standard payslip from the Reports Menu and Pay Slips.  Does it make any difference?

    Hi John. It makes no difference. I can see the employees but when I click on payslips, I get an error saying the date range is not correct. I have tried multiple date ranges but no payslips show up. Any other suggestions?

    I am not trying to print customised payslips.  Just a normal payslip.  I go to the top and click on payslips and then I receive the error.

    Hi Michelle,

    Just another thought, is it by any chance those employee's payslips send method is set to email, instead of print?
