I needed to call tech support with a problem. I was asked to provide my log-in details with password so that they could ascertain the problem. I did not wish to provide that level of detail and requested screen sharing. I had to request several times before they went down this path. I really encourage RECKON to be more professional and not ask customers for their account passwords and opt for screen sharing instead!

    Its 2017. Why havent Reckon got with the program on this?

    Absolutely, there are many options out there, there is absolutely no reason they should need your login and password to look at your file.  That should have been the first thing they took care of when setting up Reckon cloud options.

    and they send all your passwords in plain text emails. Very very poor. Have asked why before. Not interested in fixing
