Reckon Accounts Plus 2017 - not sending payslips

My computer did an automatic update this morning which I had been dismissing for a while. This has (presumably) caused an issue within the Reckon/Outlook cooperation of sending payslips.
I have received this error:

"An internal error occurred while preparing your message. It has not been sent. 
(MAP) error code 00000000 (0) at line 947 in sendemail.cpp)"

The BIZARRE thing is, I have four different companies set up in Reckon and therefore four separate pays that I do. TWO of the companies allowed me to send the pay slips (both set up in 2014) but the other two companies are not allowing me (set up in Mar 2016 & Apr 2017).

All four companies are set to send through the same Outlook email address.
The two with issues, I had to approve each email to send, whereas the two good companies I could send them in one batch. I don't know if this has anything to do with it? I have previously checked the settings & preferences to see what differs and searched for a fix but with no result. I'm hoping someone out there can assist.

    Thanks Umesh. I have fixed the issue now. 
    I had to go into: 
    Edit/Preferences/Online/Company Preferences
    and UNTICK "Display each email when sending more than one"
    This has fixed my problem.
