I have been charged even though I cancelled my account and would like a refund please.

I have been charged the monthly Reckon fee this month however I have long since cancelled my account.  I would like a refund and an assurance that I won't be mis-charged again.imageimageimage

    That's great but can't we sort this out via email?  You have my account details obviously and I don't want to spend time on the phone to sort out a mistake on your end if I don't have to.
