User access issues with Trial Reckon Accounts Hosted Online

We are trialing Reckon online and our payroll user cannot access employee payroll information even though they have full user access? would it be because it's only a trial?

All sorted - It was the "Centres" section where full access wasn't selected in the Employees Centre.
