Is it possible to Match a Downloaded Transaction to a Register Payment and Deposit at the same time?

Each week my staff make a note of any food/drink they have then in my Reckon Accounts Plus I create an invoice for each staff member and deduct the amount before transferring their pay (ie.  Mary earns $400 but buys $5 of food so I deposit $395 to her account)  Is there a way I can Match the Downloaded Transaction of $400 to the both Register Payment of $395 and the Deposit of $5?

    I think the only way to do it would be to use a clearing account.
    Fairwork say that you can not deduct from payroll for these expenses.  Employee needs to pay you as a separate transaction.

    Ok thank you Glenda, it kind of is a separate transaction with doing an invoice but I will look into that. We all find it a much easier way to do it with the staff discount etc as we only have a basic cash register.
