ABA file history blank
Using Reckon Accounts desktop software, latest version (2017/2018) and occasionally I will have an issue creating ABA files and an empty/ blank ABA file will upload. This is only with our payroll file and this is not often but when it does happens it is a much bigger problem as our system is not storing any ABA file history, so I end up either having to void the pay run and start again or do a manual payment run, and with our staff growing by the month, now nearly 40 employees, this is very time consuming. I would like to find out why the system is not retaining ABA file history. This is nothing to do with a system upgrade as it's been the same issue even with older versions.
