    Hi Ruth, 
    If this is one of those information you need on day to day work, its best to produce a leave liability report after every pay run, the only way to find out how much the cost is by compare the previous to current report.

    Or you can do what I do and calculate it manually. Its not that hard. You could even use Excel macros.

    Thanks guys, I am currently doing it manually but thought just maybe? there was an easier/quicker way.....
