Backup fail - where is the phone support when swiching all customers to accounts hosted 2018!

We have bee trying all day Friday, Sat and Sunday to back up or company file to start the switch to accounts hosted 2018 but each time it fails. running in both chrome and edge. we can not reach any technical support and its the last business day for the month tomorrow - I can not afford to lose another day of no business.

    currently at 80% during a back up in microsoft edge to the b drive - will call if and when it fails.
