Payroll Premier 2017/18 - ETP payment summaries not appearing when selecting "print ETP payment summaries" in reports. Don't they need to be there to send to ATO

Are these employees method for receiving payment Summaries set to email? Change it to both and try again.
Do you get the outcome you are looking for?

Thanks for the response. The ETPs were created in November and May. They were both set to to email - payslips and payment summaries, that is the only way you can get payslips to email in Premier 2017/20180

There was a problem with payslip emailing when the 2017/18 was first released, and a patch was issued for it in the KB: Payroll Premier 2017/18 is missing employees in the Payslips Email list.
But you should still be able to email Payment Summaries with the Both option.
You can download the corrected file from the KB, change the Payment Summaries sending option to Both and try again.
Alternatively, if all your payroll for 17/18 is complete and no other changes will be required, you could just upgrade to 2018/19, change the Payslip and Payment Summaries sending option to Both and print the 2017/18 Payment Summaries from there.
