error code HTTP ERROR 500 when trying to launch?

When trying to launch reckon 2017 with Chrome I receive the following error:

hosted-connectv82.reckon.com is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500

This started yesterday and is continuing today, can anyone help?

    I was using Chrome and went to Firefox and I don't appear to be having any issues currently however printing is still a nightmare / but that's the new system I believe.........

    Hi Anita, I just tried Firefox but it didn't work for me.  I think there is a big problem with printing as I have been on hold now with Reckon for 30 mins listening to the same message over and over again about printing problems :-(

    I am aware of one person for whom a fix has worked, but not for another.
