LUMP SUM A HAS DOUBLED IN PAYMENT SUMMARIES

I have an employee who was entitled to unused annual leave at termination (Term-AL Post 1993) of $455.00.  When processing a reconciliation statement it shows $455.00 but when I print the employees payment summary for 2017/2018 it shows $910.00 (it has doubled).

Can anyone please explain this?
