Hi guys, We have downloaded the Google Authenticator on the PC and the number codes created after we scan the QR code do not work, any one else with this issue

    Did you try this authenticator extensions as described on this KB http://kb.reckon.com.au/issue_view.asp?ID=5687

    Hi Andrea,The authenticators generates the numbers based on current time, the time on your phone may be slightly off. Try to set the time to auto-sync and try again.
