'Unable to create subscription with STP'
I have been unable to lodge two weeks of payroll via STP due to not being able to create a subscription in Reckon GovConnect. After reading other posts on the community hub, I understand that sometimes the subscription is already established by someone else. I'm new to this company and my concern is the subscription was set up by someone who is no longer with the company. I don't have access to their Portal details. So what happens in cases like this. The company ABN is 92119886734. Are you able to check this ABN and give me a clue as to the email used previously if it is already set up. I really need some help as I have no idea how to progress from here.
