ATO Error Message STP

Any hints on how to resolve this error message after uploading 

Error message

·         The requestId is valid, and the Pull request is waiting in the queue.

    Hi Rav
    All of my uploads since 06 July  all has this error message. How long does it take before the messages will change?

    Hi Jill,
    It sounds like there could be something else happening there if its been this long without any change in status.

    The most common cause is due to the Software ID from GovConnect STP not being registered with the ATO.

    Can you please take a look at these two articles and confirm that the Software ID that is listed in the Company & Advisers section of GovConnect STP has been registered with the ATO either through the ATO Access Manager or by phone -
